MTech Distributors – Shipping, Warranty & Parts Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy
MTech Distributors makes every reasonable effort to ship orders within published timeframes; however, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to carrier issues, supply availability, or order volume.
Processing Times

Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST are typically processed the same business day (not guaranteed).

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are processed the next business day.

Overnight shipments must be submitted before 1:00 p.m. EST to qualify for same-day processing.
Shipping Methods

Parts and equipment are shipped via FedEx from our facility or directly from authorized suppliers.

Priority shipping options are available, including overnight delivery.

Standard delivery timelines may vary.
Partial Shipments & Backorders
If an item is on backorder, your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will be notified of:

Items shipping immediately

Estimated availability date for backordered items
MTech Distributors is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
2. Warranty Replacement & Returned Parts
Warranty Support
For warranty issues, contact Customer Support at 888-411-7583 to troubleshoot and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Domestic Warranty Replacements

MTech Distributors covers standard shipping costs for approved domestic warranty replacements.

A prepaid return label will be included with the replacement shipment.

If overnight delivery is requested, priority shipping charges apply.
No-Fault Found Policy
If a returned warranty item is tested and no defect is found, the customer is responsible for:

Shipping costs to and from MTech Distributors.
Warranty Timeframes

All warranty part returns require management approval and must be submitted within 7 days of delivery in order to align with our Return & Refund Policy.

Repairs purchased through MTech Distributors are covered by a 6-month warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing.
3. International Parts Orders
International orders require custom shipping quotes and additional handling, including customs brokerage where necessary.

4. Parts Return Policy
To remain consistent with our Return & Refund Policy, the following applies:

Parts must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified

All parts returns require management approval

Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery

Returns are evaluated based on:

Compliance with return requirements

Items that are used, altered, or returned outside the 7-day window are not eligible for return.
5. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
All returned parts must have an approved RMA number before being accepted.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions and packaging requirements.
Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
6. Restocking Fees
All returned parts are subject to inspection.
MTech Distributors reserves the right to refuse any return if:

Packaging is inadequate

The part has been used, altered, modified, or damaged

The part has been exposed to abnormal environmental conditions
Restocking Fee Schedule
To align with our Return & Refund Policy:

20% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns, whether opened or unopened.

The restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount.
If a return is rejected, you will be notified of the reason and may request the item be returned to you at your expense.
