Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Contact us using the form at the bottom of this page, email (support@mtechdistributors.com), or phone (888-411-7583). If your order has not been shipped yet, we can process the cancellation with you.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to anywhere within the United States. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please note there is a 20% restocking fee, and all returns are subject to approval upon receipt of the item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-4 days from when we receive the item(s).
